Monthly Newsletter
Our monthly newsletter, "Dance Express" will be distributed each month by e-mail. It is also available to view on our website or can be picked up at the front desk. The newsletter will have important information and the monthly activity calendar for our parents/ dancers to help you keep current with the Dance Arts Centre activities and noteworthy dates.

Recital
Each June we hold a fully staged professional dance recital at a state of the art auditorium. It's always a magical event!

Pictures
A professional photographer will be here in May 2012, to take pictures of your dancer and their class in full costume. These pictures are optional, but they are a great way to have a memory of your year at Dance Arts Centre.

Retail
For your convenience, our retail floor offers dance shoes, apparel, dance bags, tights, accessories and more.

Classroom Policy
We ask that parents do not come into the classrooms when classes are in session as it can be distracting to the dancers. Please use the viewing windows to observe classes. We also request that young dancers use the restroom before class starts. We appreciate your punctuality in starting class on time, please arrive at least 5 minutes early.

Student Safety
Parents, please be on time when picking up your children. We also ask that you do not allow your children to run in the studio, climb on benches or chairs, or enter unoccupied dance studios. We want to provide a safe environment for everyone. We invite you to enjoy our sibling play area. Children who are not in classes must be supervised by an adult.

Food
Please keep all food/snack in the vending lounge area only. Thank you for helping us keep our dance environment clean.

Missed Classes
Missed classes can be made up whenever possible. You can come to another class of the same age & level to make-up a missed class. We'd be happy to assist you in finding an appropriate class to attend. There are NO refunds for missed classes.

Cancellation Policy
In the event that you cancel class, a two week written noticed is required for a class cancellation.

Inclement weather
In the event of inclement weather and a studio closing is required we will leave a message on the studio voicemail. We will also make every effort to email and or text this notification to you. There are no refunds or make up classes for studio closing due to weather conditions.

Parking
Please refrain from parking in parking spots designated for other businesses at all times. You can use parking spots designated for Dance Arts Centre or any unmarked spot.
